The firm's ideal hire will have well developed professional interpersonal skills, and strong client service and communication skills (written and verbal). Suited candidates will have 8+ years of experience in finance or tech organizations, with experience in compensation or operations, and broad experience in Human Resources. The environment is one in which a strategic thinker will be able to make a very visible impact and enjoy significant autonomy to do the work that they truly enjoy doing. Superior time management and organizational skills and the ability to partner and influence internal and external stakeholders is essential.
