A global investment bank are looking to recruit a Recruitment Lead for their UK & Ireland Regional Talent team which is part of the wider Global Talent team. These teams are responsible for the regional attraction, sourcing, assessing, recruitment and mobility of talent into the Bank.
As the Recruitment Lead for UK & Ireland you will be responsible for executing the full operational management of the RPO contract for permanent and contingent workers. You will partner with Account Directors for the RPO to ensure recruitment is being run in the most efficient way. You will continuously look at improvements and process efficiency across the account and own various global projects and strategy work.
You will also have a number of direct reports in this role who are responsible for the governance and delivery of the RPO model as well as internal mobility for UK&I.
To be successful within this role you will need experience of interacting with RPOs as well as an understanding of managing to SLAs. You will need excellent stakeholder management experience with good attention to detail and the ability to prioritise, multitask and project manage within a matrix environment.
