Our client, an established, small yet growing Institutional Trading Firm in Midtown NYC is seeking an energetic, skilled and dynamic general professional services or financial services recruiter to round out its highly visible, small recruiting team, under the direction of a passionate and hands-on talent acquisition leader. The organization is highly successful and especially over the past 5 years has grown steadily to its current headcount of 700 globally.
This AVP or VP level recruiter will enjoy unlimited executive access, autonomy, and multiple opportunities to create new process and launch talent attraction programs firmwide, including select campus and various exciting Inclusion & Diversity initiatives. Owning their own requisitions, this hire will be a skilled sourcer, relationship manager, and will understand providing an exceptional client and candidate experience from start to finish.
