A famous FTSE 100 business is currently looking for a UK Benefits Lead to join them and evolve their UK benefits strategy and lead the benefit policy implementation & maintenance, that supports c7,000 UK staff across the employee life-cycle. As the UK Benefits Lead you will report into the UK Reward Director and will have country based ownership of all employee Benefits Programmes (including DB and DC pension plans), working with colleagues across HR, Finance and Legal to ensure that the development and execution of the benefits strategy is aligned to the needs of the Business and the overarching People strategy. You will manage a team of Benefit Managers and specialists, drawing on your coaching & team development skills, as you share your knowledge and technical capabilities across developing policy and working on harmonising programmes. As a result the business is looking to meet exceptional benefits professionals, who have led benefits teams and have delivered complex programs and policy development across a large scale, highly matrixed organisation.
