I am currently partnering with a global Investment Manager who are looking to recruit a Talent Specialist for their Global Talent team to based within their London office. As the Talent Specialist you will be key contributor in driving the Talent Development agenda throughout the organisation.
As the Talent Specialist you will help channel employee performance in the right direction, segmenting their approach to people's development and engagement, whilst helping to build a self-learning organisation throughout the business. Within this role you will be responsible for employee development across the UK and Asia.
To be successful within this role you will need proven experience in talent development roles ideally within a Financial Services organisation. You will also have previous experience of using HRIS tools for processes such as LMS, Performance and Talent Management. Demonstrable experience of working in a global, multicultural, matrix organisation would also be highly desirable.
