I am working alongside an international hospitality business who are looking for a Talent and Culture Coordinator to join their team. This is an excellent opportunity for somebody looking to work in a fast paced but collaborative and friendly environment.
This opportunity will give you an enormous range of HR Generalist responsibilities. As the Talent and Culture Coordinator, you will be heavily involved with the processing of new starters and leavers, run the rewards and benefits scheme and assist with the collation of payroll. You will also play a key within Talent Acquisition, attracting the best individuals to the business.
The ideal candidate will have worked within a HR generalist capacity and ideally within the hospitality, retail or FMCG sectors. You should be able to manage stakeholders effectively and will have an astute attention to detail.
This is a permanent role based in West London and is paying up to £32,000.
