Our client is a European headquartered investments firm with a growing presence across Asia. As part of their ongoing commitment to expand in Asia they are looking to recruit a dedicated Talent Acquisition specialist to operate in a regional role, on a 12-month contract basis to support during a period of exciting growth.
This is an opportunity to work as part of a small collaborative HR team in an end-to-end recruitment role, managing all hiring across the region. Responsibilities will include partnering with leadership across business units to support and advise on their hiring requirements, sourcing through adverts and market mapping as well as encouraging and promoting referrals across the region. You will also be involved with facilitating interviews, discussing interview feedback and salary negotiations, offer management, through to onboarding, providing a high touch service, and positive candidate experience, which is reflective of the strong global brand name. Being a new role, you will work with the business and HR BP's to finetune the Talent Acquisition process moving forward and embed any improvements and efficiencies.
As an individual contributor role, we are looking for someone who is confident in working autonomously as well as comfortable recruiting across a breadth of functions and levels. Financial Services recruitment experience is required. You will be comfortable operating in a busy and varied hands-on position, with a passion for Talent Acquisition, also willing to support your broader HR colleagues as and when needed.
