I am currently partnering with an exciting and fast growing FinTech business who are on the search for an enthusiastic Talent Acquisition Recruiter to join their team. Looking to double in size you will play a key part in the growth and development of a hard-working but also very sociable organisation.
Within this role, you will be given the opportunity to implement ambitious strategies in order to build candidate pools for current and future hiring needs. You will work closely with teams across the entire business to maintain the company culture and values and entice both active and passive talent.
Joining a team of 4 within the Talent Acquisition function, not only will you act as the face of the business and its growth, but will provide an excellent opportunity to grow and learn from experienced Talent Acquisition professionals.
Candidates will need at least 1 year of experience sourcing technical talent - from within an agency or in-house capacity. Not only should you be creative, hard-working and organised, but you should have a strong understanding of the intricacies of web, software and mobile application creation. The ideal candidate will have recruited individuals with backend development experience
This is a permanent role based in Central London and paying between £30,000 and £40,000.
