As a result of internal movement, I am looking for a talented recruitment professional to come and join the team.
The role entails developing and implement talent acquisition strategies to support assigned Talent Acquisition Business Partner needs and meet organisational business objectives. Provide talent acquisition support throughout full life-cycle recruitment process, including the proactive identification of internal and external candidates to meet the organisation's talent needs.
Strategy and planning
Manage end to end recruitment process for Talent Managers.
Build and maintain a pipeline of talent
Source high-calibre candidates from various channels including job boards and social media.
You will ideally have
Recruitment experience - either from in-house or agency background
Experience of financial & professional services or associated industry.
Excellent stakeholder management, including the ability to influence at a senior level
Working knowledge of ATS system.
