We are thrilled to be partnering with a global retail/hospitality brand that will be setting up their first premises in the UK. The store will be one of the largest of its kind in England and will be the destination for shoppers to buy high-quality luxury products.
The Talent Acquisition Partner will be responsible for supporting the hiring of all employees prior to the opening, as well as establishing key talent programmes and initiatives. You will be responsible for developing a comprehensive recruitment strategy, employer branding, and must be able to work independently to manage the full recruitment process.
The role will also be responsible for supporting the development and introduction of an Apprenticeship Scheme which will include managing educational partnerships and community relations. Experience designing and running volume recruitment assessment centres would be a strong advantage.
Other projects this position will be responsible for will include; an ATS implementation, Creating a new joiner on-boarding process, and wider Talent management initiatives.
