Our client, a premier leader & disrupter in the learning space, is looking for a Talent Acquisition Operations Manager in support of approximately 3,000 employees. Reporting to the Director of Talent Acquisition you will lead, mentor and develop a team of 4 direct reports. In this role you will help define recruitment operational processes and guiding principles in accordance with company strategy for an organization in hyper growth mode looking to double in size. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of progressive staffing/operations experience, strong project management experience and be a highly creative, entrepreneurial thinker with a background managing teams & building credibility with senior business stakeholders.
