I am working with a global professional services firm who are seeking two Learning/Training professionals. They must be someone who is ACA qualified, ideally having started their career in the audit business world before moving into L&D. These roles are technically complex, with an audit focus so will be looking for highly commercial and developed accountancy individuals.
One role will handle the strategic business partnering for L&D, working alongside the design team to drive and build engaging accountancy related programs. This works closely with the business and will tailor their offering to suit the needs of the business unit. Ideally someone will be coming out of a matrixed environment with the ability to support multiple stakeholders in a fast moving environment.
The other role will act as the Audit Technical Content Leader, sit alongside the design team and run the author unit. This will manage a large team, so experience here is key and an ability to understand the technical knowledge and language involved in audit.
Both of these roles are 12 month FTC's and will pay competitively on base plus a cash allowance. The ideal candidate can be based anywhere in the UK, so I look forward to hearing from any ACA qualified learning professionals looking for a challenging role.
