Our client, a top global fintech in Manhattan, is seeking a Senior Manager of Compensation with dynamic experience out of growth-focused, high change environments ideally mid-sized and global in scope.
This opportunity is excellent for an experienced individual (6 or more years in relevant roles) out of fast-paced financial, technology, consulting, or similar settings who possess exceptional project management experience who enjoys hands-on compensation administration yet can add lots of strategic value in the long term. Enjoying continuous senior-level access within their respective organizations, executive presence, and presentation skills are crucial to success. This hire will need to have experience mentoring teammates and serving in a hands on operations capacity within the compensation space, while participating in strategic initiatives and (ideally) global project managment.
If you are compensation professional with strong compensation administration out of complex, sophisticated, mid to larger sized HR environments, this could be an ideal match.
