Looking for a Specialist Total Reward on interim basis to start ASAP for a 6 month assignment in an international environment based in Hoofddorp.
You will be responsible for managing the full portfolio of compensation & benefits activities for the EMEA region acting as the first point of contact from any total reward related topics. Current key projects include:
· Benefits program
· Incentive program
· Compensation benchmarking
· Broker renewals
· Job evaluation
Experience with Willes Tower Watson methodology is a big plus.
