About Our Client

We are delighted to be working exclusively with a leading brand name in the technology/ SAAS industry and they have been achieving strong year on year growth. They are now looking for a Snr HR Manager to lead the team in its efforts to scale their business and to create a holistic and conducive working culture. The successful candidate will lead, manage and enhance HR strategic plans by providing consultation, advisory, support and guidance to the business groups on all HR matters and initiatives.

Job Description

Reporting directly to the Global HR Director and the regional CEO, you will manage the HR Practice for the region to embark on a HR transformational journey for the organization. You will be responsible for providing the overarching HR Strategy for the organisation such as implementing the HR agenda, talent programmes, and change management of the Group. The organisation is constantly developing, growing and changing so the role requires you to operate with autonomy, flexibility, resilience and independence. Previous leadership experience would be an advantageous.

The Successful Applicant

Ideally you will come from a generalist & business partnering background with a blend of industry experience with MNC. You should be Singapore based, familiar with HR activities and comfortable working within a matrix-reporting environment. You must be prepared to be both hands-on and strategic, and you should work well under pressure and across multiple time zones. Previous leadership experience would be an advantage, given there is a small team to lead.
