We are delighted to partner with a manufacturing organisation in South Bristol to recruit an HR Business Partner on a 6 month contract basis. This urgent vacancy is a stand alone HR Generalist position in a fast paced manufacturing organisation.

Reporting into the Site Factory Manager you will provide support in all areas of HR and the employee life-cycle including; recruitment, on boarding, people issues and employee relations care work, coaching, training & development, reward & benefits and reporting. As this is stand alone you must be comfortable providing hands on support at all levels, comfortable completing all associated paperwork and administration within these processes.

I'm looking for a hard working, roll-your-sleeves-up HR Manger or Business Partner who is down to earth, straight talking and focus on their service delivery to join this company. You will need to have broad HR generalist experience and have worked single site - meaning you will be prepared to complete all HR duties for this site. You have excellent communication skills and the ability to hit the ground running in this fixed term contract.

This is an urgent vacancy offering £40,000 - £50,000 pro rata. It is highly desirable that you have manufacturing, engineering, logistics or FMCG industry experience.
