We are delighted to be retained by a leading Wealth Manager to recruit a Senior Reward Manager/ Head of Reward. This newly created role will work closely with the Group Head of HR to establish and build out a reward and analytics function to support the UK population (c500 staff). The role will provide expert advice and guidance of all aspects of compensation, both cash and deferred, as well as act as the SME on regulatory obligations for MiFID, IFPR, and general FCA, PRA compliance (SMCR, MRT identification etc). The role will also support across benefits as the business wants to ensure the current provision is fit for purpose and benchmarks competitively against their peer group. Finally the role will help to refine and develop their MI reporting capabilities, ensuring stakeholders have access to a suite of dashboards to support evidence based decisions across business metrics and the employee lifecycle. As a result the business is looking to meet Reward Managers within smaller financial services, investment/asset management who have covered both compensation and benefits and is looking to step up or a reward consultant with broad engagement across financial services looking to move in-house. Key is broad reward experience within UK financial services, to include regulatory compensation and familiarity with executive/deferred compensation structures.
