Working with a wider HR team this is a great generalist position working closely with the senior leadership team to drive the people agenda through your practice groups.
The role will see the successful candidate leading on a range of both strategic and cyclical HR activities partnering closely Partners and Heads to ensure a seamless and efficient HR service. You will be supported by a HR Manager along with wider centres of excellence and been the trusted advisor for all matters relating to people strategy.
Key areas include, Talent Management, Succession Planning, Utilisation, Performance along with ER and strategic business planning.
The business is looking to meet solid HR professionals who have ideally worked within a partnership environment with strong people management skills and be fully CIPD qualified.
