About Our Client
Delighted to be working with a leading corporate bank in Asia. As one of the top players in the market they have been undergoing tech transformation, expanding their teams in virtual banking and other corporate divisions. They are investing heavily in the APAC region and are searching for a Senior Manager to head up their Talent Management team.
Reporting through to the Head of Learning, you will be various talent development programmes in accordance to Group strategy. You will be managing and reviewing talent development framework, targeting regional, local, and young talents to ensure robust leadership pipeline and talent pools. Your team will be overseeing Talent Management for each division within the organization. As the key driver to execute workplans for Learning and Development function, you will also be exploring forward looking talent development solutions, providing effective advices and consultative services to the business.
The Successful Applicant
We are looking for a proven leader with strong track record in Talent Management within Banking or Insurance industry. Open for relocation within China to be based in Hong Kong. You must be highly proficient in both written and verbal Mandarin and Cantonese, with excellent stakeholder management and interpersonal skills.
