We are pleased to be retained on a Shared Services Lead / Senior Manager opportunity with a technology conglomerate with market presence spanning more than 20 countries. To further their drive for excellence to meet a widely expanding business globally, our client is seeking a Shared Services Leader to help to set 'best in class' standards across their HR operations and to maintain a high level of governance and integrity.

Job Description

Reporting to the Global HR Operations Director, the Shared Services Lead will be responsible to critically evaluate and maintain the workflow within their global Shared Services team. This will include regular review to drive and maintain a high level of integrity and governance on their processes and SOPs, optimize HR services deliveries, enhancing employee experience.

The Shared Services Lead will manage a team of specialists which are based in various parts of the world, and will work closely with HRIS and HR Analytics teams to identify critical issues and provide the necessary recommendations within the HR organisation.

The Successful Candidate

To succeed in this role, you must have at least 8 years of shared services experience, preferably gained within a fast paced, fast growing organisation. You have prior experience in setting up Shared Services team / function, and is operationally strong to drive processes and/or content improvements. With team leading experience, you are a proven leader and coach to support and build an agile and forward thinking HR shared services team, and empathic and culturally matured individual.

You are a self-starter and team player who is results oriented. You should have strong communication and interpersonal skills who is able to influence stakeholders across all levels of the organisation.
