Senior Manager, Contingent Workforce

Our client is a professional services firm who is the global leader in their space. Resulting from the development of an internal strategy for the management and oversight of their global contingent workforce, they are seeking to hire a leader who will be charged with driving this transformation and implementation of central governance.
Reporting the Global Head of HR, this role will guide this organizational transformation, working in a highly cross-functional manner to develop and implement policies, processes and systems and to foster adoption and compliance around a new operating model for the firm's contingent workforce.
You bring depth of experience in leading organizational transformation and managing change, ideally with exposure specifically related to contingent workforce, though not required. You have a strategic and improvement-oriented mindset and the ability to influence effectively across a multitude of dispersed stakeholders.
