Delighted to be working with one of the world leading Industrial company with their headquarter based in Europe. Due to expansion, a Senior HR Officer role has arisen to look after the regional recruitment and learning & development function to cope with business changes and cater the high volume of work across locations.

Job Description

Reporting through to Human Resources Director, you will be leading the recruitment and learning & development function and working alongside with the regional compensation & benefits team. You will act as a team lead in recruiting for management level staffs including engineers and office support team; managing and monitoring the efficiencies of multiple resourcing channels to ensure quality of candidates and cost efficiency. You will also support mass recruitment when there are business expansions and ensure positive candidate experience. Meanwhile, you will manage training needs analysis, reporting and support in driving talent management cycle and staff retention initiatives across locations. This is an important role which requires the new person to effectively handle administrative tasks; in the meantime, consistently and proactively building rapport with business and internal HR team to execute strategic plans. Key to success will be your working attitude and ability to cope with work in a labour-intensive industry.

The Successful Applicant

We are looking for a trustable HR professional with sound experience in Food & Beverages, Industrial or Manufacturing industry. You will possess strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to communicate effectively at all levels within the organization. It is important for this person to possess junior leadership ability with strong delivery of work. You must be highly proficient in both English and Chinese, including Cantonese & Mandarin. Having someone with not less than 5 years of HR experience in recruitment, learning & development, some compensation & benefits; as well as knowledge in employment ordinance of Macau will be ideal. This role will offer a promising career path in moving into a shared service functional lead for Asia Pacific and therefore good track record of stability and commitment is important.
