This leading global law firm is looking for a Senior HR Manager to lead one of its most prominent practice groups.
As a world leader this highly regarded law firm are renowned for its legal expertise but also it commitment to its people. Sat within its leading practice group this is an amazing opportunity for a solid Senior HR Manager to lead a progressive and dynamic team.
Working with a wider HR team this role reports into the Head of HR for this function and working collaboratively with a HR team around you and across the rest of the firm both in the UK and globally.
A balanced role with both generalist and strategic activities this position will see you working closely with key partners, building relationships to enable the smooth delivery of the people agenda. A fast paced and driven environment which will see the successful candidate delivering on a number of key initiatives for the business including its solid commitment to D&I, well being, and the smooth transition of its people back into the office working in a hybrid manner.
The firm is looking to meet with solid HR professionals who have ideally worked within a law firm at the Senior HR Manager/Business Partner level. You will have worked in a large and complex environments, able to work collaboratively across multiple service lines and build close relationships with key stakeholders.
