We are recruiting a Senior HR Manager on behalf of an exciting Technology business that is a JV between an established key player but has the advantages of being a nimble SME. Based in North West London, you will be:
- Responsible for designing and implementing the People strategy in line with the company growth plans.
- Develop and build the function in line with the needs of the business.
- Implement learning initiatives to help create a growth mindset and a high-performing culture.
- Oversee and lead the end to end recruitment and selection process.
- Manage the talent and succession planning alongside the CEO and other members of the leadership team.
- Strong technical expertise is required in employee relations, talent management, reward and organisational effectiveness.
- Experience of working both within a larger corporate and a fast-paced entrepreneurial SME business as well as a JV pre/post transition.
- Experience in all aspects of HR management including remuneration strategy, HR policy, performance management and OD.
