Frazer Jones is partnering a leading construction company, who operate globally in the high-end real estate space. The role is working as an HR Business Partner supporting the organisations Group IT function, based in London with some remote working on offer.

YOUR DUTIES

As part of the leadership team, we are looking for someone to positively influence and advise stakeholders on the organisation design
Setting the strategy for talent management, development, and leadership capability
Supporting on Employee Relations queries as they arise
Proactively look to improve processes and procedures, and making improvements to efficiencies
Support with onboarding and induction for all new starters in the IT function
Supporting the Group HR Agenda and strategy, working on global projects too

THE PERSON

We are looking for someone who has strong HR Business Partnering experience in a generalist environment. You will ideally have been a BP to IT functions previously, supporting on talent management initiatives.

The successful person, will receive a salary of £80,000-£90,000 depending on experience plus bonus and benefits
