This is an incredible opportunity for an impactful Senior HR Business Partner EMEA to join a fast-paced, growing organisation who are a market leader in their industry. The organisation have recently restructured their HR team to allow for closer integration with the business.
Your role would provide leadership and support to a critical commercial population. You would drive and deliver the strategic HR agenda in a remit that includes organisational design and development and workforce planning as you ensure the effectiveness of the commercial teams across the region.
You will be a strong change leader leading on critical business change projects that have a significant impact on business performance. You will also have strong project management skills and ability to influence stakeholders across a complex matrix structure.
You'll bring with you strong coaching skills to help leaders develop theirs and their teams' capability. You will champion employee engagement and diversity and ensure that the talent strategy is focused on both current needs and the long-term performance of the firm.
The role will require travel across the region up to 30% of the time but could be based from any location across Europe where they have offices.
