Senior HR Business Partner
Are you a senior and/or experienced HR Manager/ HR Business Partner from a Top or Mid Tier Law Firm interested in exploring new opportunities?
We are partnering with a global Firm, to be based in London (with flexibility), who are looking for a Senior HR professional to join their generalist team. The role will work closely with the Head of HR, and manage a team of HR generalists. The role will also support one of the key client groups on highly strategic HR activity.
Your role and responsibilities will include:
- Form part of the Firm's senior HR leadership team and manage a team of HR generalists
- Strategic business partner for your dedicated client group(s)
- Lead, implement and drive on key projects
- Business partner with senior stakeholders and provide people and commercial advice working to the firms business objectives
- Providing advice and solutions to cyclical employee lifecycle movements
- It is essential you have worked for a mid/top Tier Law Firm
- This is a senior HR role and ideally you will have managed a team of HR generalists and have worked as a Senior HR Business Partner / Manager for a similar-sized firm previously
- Excellent ability to build relationships
- Innovative, dynamic with an agile approach
- Ability to navigate change projects
