We're working with a growing healthcare industry client based in Nassau County, NY in their efforts to hire a Human Resources Senior Business Partner based in Nassau County, NY. The Senior HRBP will function as an individual contributor supporting a field-based clinical population of ~500-600 employees.
Our client has a well-developed center of excellent HR business model, which means that the Senior HRBP will be primarily responsible for strategic advisory services to their client groups, managing the execution of all HR processes, employee relations (including complex investigations), talent management and development initiatives, developing HR data and analytics to support business decision making, rolling out corporate initiatives to the business, and working on a number of HR projects throughout the year. In 2020, the Senior HRBP will work alongside the HR team to roll out a new HCM system, as well as a new career architecture framework to the business. Clearly change management is going to be a critical skill set.
The ideal candidate will have worked in large, matrixed, best-in-class HR environments. While strategic advisory skills are critical to success and credibility in the role, the ability to execute is equally important. Our client would like 7+ years of HR business partner experience. Strong knowledge of employment laws, visas & immigration, and HR analytics & reporting is vital, along with a well-developed skill set in employee relations, and talent & performance management. A dynamic and engaging personality is key, as is a high level of professional decorum. A Bachelor's degree is required; a Master's degree is a +.
