This African conglomerate is one of the leading names in the Energy sector in the continent. With around 6000 employees in the region, the HR team deliver high quality assistance and operational support to the business.
This role has been created by the CEO as he looks to build the strength of the HR division. In particular, supporting the Energy business and Corporate functions. This role offers fantastic career progression as the newly appointed Senior HR Business Partner will be groomed for the CHRO role over the coming years.
As the front facing member of the team to the business for all HR strategy you will have a small team reporting into you.
Your role will cover the Africa and Middle East region and involves regular travel across multiple locations.
You will have come from an HR generalist position with good solid foundations across recruitment, talent and reward. Ideally you will be used to working in fast paced, unstructured environments where you have had to show initiative and be a self-starter.
To be considered for this position you must be fluent in French and have had strong exposure to the African marketplace.
Experience in the Energy sector will also be advantageous.
