Provide strategic HR support and service to Group Finance leadership team.
Support the Group Finance and Discipline strategies and transformational ambitions from a people perspective.
Deliver the end-to-end employee lifecycle processes for client groups, leveraging support from specialists and local HR teams.
Develop & promote a culture which values and focusses on the attraction, identification, development, engagement and retention of talent, ensuring a strong succession pipeline.
Have an overview of talent opportunities and gaps in both Group Finance and the wider group. Work with the Orgainisation Effectiveness and the Talent function to define and manage appropriate metrics to best callibrate
Drive a culture of high performance by ensuring appropriate use of the Company performance management process and tools.
Manage global short term and long term reward processes for Group Finance as part of the global performance management and pay review cycles.
Implement Group Talent and Learning deliverables to define and build competency requirements to ensure the delivery of technical excellence in the Finance. Work with the teams to design and deliver learning initiatives to enhance capability where required
Provide advice and support to Group Finance Leadership on the development of an inclusive culture. initiatives and programmes, policies and procedures, across the function.
