About the client
Our Client is a Prestigious global organisation with a renowned brand name. Due to continuing business needs and aggressive expansion in the region, they are currently seeking a high calibre Employee Relations Manager to join the regional team.
You are responsible to handle organisation wide employee relations and improve on the welfare programs that are currently in place. You will also ensure that employee practices are in line with HR principles and policies. In cases of deviation, you are required to resolve the situation with appropriate actions. Furthermore, you will partner HR colleagues on all employees related issues from legal to D&I. Should there be any escalations, you will be leading all investigations and solving them in a fair manner.
The successful applicant
You should be degree qualified, with at least 10 years relevant experience, preferably in a consumer environment. You should possess sound knowledge of the Employment Act and Labour Law. You are proactive and resourceful with excellent communication skills, possessing the capability to liaise with all levels within the Organization.
