We are working with a the regenerative medicine division of a global life sciences client in their efforts to hire a Senior Director, Human Resources Business Partner. This is a newly created position reported to the President of the division, with a dotted line to the corporation's Head of HR, managing a team of 8 local HR team members ranging from Director to administrator in level, supporting 450 domestic employees. This role will support the US region and will work closely with other global HR counterparts as they roll out HR initiatives to their respective regions.
Our client is seeking candidates with 10+ years of HRBP experience in the life sciences sector, having supported a mix of functional groups from R&D and scientific, to quality assurance, corporate functions, and manufacturing. The mandate for the role is to transform HR from tactical in nature to business partnering with mature processes and shared services infrastructure to support strategic advisory capabilities to the business across recruitment, compensation and benefits, organizational design, talent and management development, organization design, change management and employee relations. Several years of proven team leadership experience is required.
