On behalf of a high-growth leading multinational financial services group, we are managing an exciting new opportunity based in Milan for a Senior C&B to closely partner with the Group HR Director, oversee the global C&B strategy and drive the group HR agenda.
The position, based in their Global HQ in Milan, offers extensive exposure to the global business as it involves close partnership with several senior stakeholders within the business (including the CEO of the group).
With operations in 7 other countries (from Southern Europe to Central/Eastern Europe) you will have the opportunity to lead the development and implementation of projects and other HR initiatives to identify best practices and process improvements in order to promote efficiency and productivity, while providing support to managers and employees on new policies and procedures, and dealing with all queries related to C&B (internal and external) providing timely resolutions.
Due to the very unique characteristics of the market in which the business operates, you will be required to develop, review and implement policies and procedures related to remuneration governance and remuneration practice based on the firm and other regulatory requirements (including the allocation of RSUs, stock options and other forms of non-monetary benefits).
In particular, it is required to have sound knowledge of the legislation and regulatory compliance environment that is related to reward within the Banking/Insurance space; in particular Circ. 285, EBA Guidelines, EU regulations and the technicalities within the collective bargain agreement "Credito".
