The practice focuses in the areas of leadership development, learning design, organisational design, performance management systems, talent strategy and culture transformation. Our client is seeking an individual who is an experienced management consultant, operating within a recognised leadership development management consultancy in the areas outlined above. Managing complex, often international projects to tight deadlines the ability to build relationships with stakeholders at all levels is essential.
As a senior associate the projects will be small to medium sized, and may well suit an individual stepping up who is starting to own and manage projects.
