I am partnering with a leading online and technology company in Manchester who are looking to hire a Reward Manager on a permanent basis. A leading brand in the UK, this is a modern, exciting, dynamic and fast paced business, and you will be joining a very collaborative HR team.
Reporting into the Head of Reward, you will be responsible for assisting with the design and implementation of the reward policy and frameworks and lead on all compensation activities such as bonus calculations, gender pay gap, diversity reporting, ongoing salary and benefits benchmarking, and end of year processes. You will also lead on people analytics, proving analysis to underpin the Remuneration Committee calendar of activities and the development of comprehensive dashboards and reports highlighting trends across reward and benefits.
This is a great opportunity to fully immerse in a broad range of reward activity to design and deliver a really compelling reward strategy. As such you will be an experienced and passionate Reward professional who is fully conversant of reward practices, frameworks and policies. An analytical mindset with an ability for numbers and data to resolve complex issues is essential alongside brilliant Excel skills. You should also have effective communication skills to engage with stakeholders and build strong relationships.
