This strong technology brand in the Middle East is going through huge growth in the coming 18 months and as a result are looking to develop and improve their HR people function. On the agenda, is a revamp of their Reward and Benefits strategy to match the increase in headcount.
In this newly created role, you will be entrusted to manage a small team of reward professionals and develop the function to be an integral part of the business strategy. You will have oversight of the development of a new Reward and Benefits strategy for the business across the Middle East covering 5 countries.
In order to be considered for this exciting new role, you will be an expert across Reward and Recognition and have lead teams in fluid, growing companies as opposed to very structured environments.
