A rapidly growing & global leading, innovative financial services firm are looking for a Reward & HR Analyst to join their Human Resources team. Whether you prefer to focus on Reward or HR analytics and modelling, or prefer a more business facing role, this is a unique opportunity to drive the role forwards in the direction you want to and make it your own. This firm is based in a stunning location in Central London, well connected via rail links to London's main stations.
You will be supporting the firm in the delivery of their compensation plans and making sure the team are compliant with Regulatory Reward requirements. In addition, you will play a key role in contributing to the efficient running of the year-end cycle to support the leadership team to make informed decisions relating to salary, promotion and incentive decisions for staff. You will deliver compelling metrics and report on HR topics for senior leaders and partner with the deferred compensation specialist to deliver their complex long-term incentive schemes.
Our client is looking for someone who has a passion for delivering data and metrics to a high standard with strong data presentation skills. HR or Reward Analytics and Project Management expertise are essential so you can to hit the ground running and make an impact in this role. Financial services experience is also a necessity in this role.
The role is paying up to £60,000 per annum, plus bonus alongside generous market leading benefits.
