You will support the Head of HR in the management and development of cash instruments, benefits and pensions as well as create and deliver planned and ad-hoc reporting and MI. You'll use your research and analytical skills to the full to decipher market developments, legislative/regulatory changes and recommend any changes or required actions. There is also a small HRIS component to the role, being a Super User for the HR system, pulling reports and diarising to complete annual updates as required, such as carry-over holiday and uploading information. In return the business is looking to meet candidates from a strong reward background of a professional services organisation, having advanced Excel (V/H Lookup etc) and high-standards of communication skills.
