A career enhancing opportunity has arisen at an innovative Property Consultancy firm, set in stunning offices, in the heart of London. They are seeking a Reward & Benefits Adviser to add to their growing, warm & collaborative HR team.
You will directly support and collaborate with the Head of HR and HR Manager to develop the salary, bonus, benefits & pensions programmes as well as manage these processes moving forwards. This is a fantastic, career-enhancing opportunity for a Reward Analyst who is looking to gain more exposure to the development of Reward programmes, and to take on more ownership of processes within Reward.
This will be a broad role, where you will not only manage the annual salary and bonus review, but also manage, maintain and develop the firms benefits programmes, liaising with providers and negotiating rates. You will also manage the annual gender pay gap report, as well as producing regular metrics & analytical reports to measure the effectiveness of HR programmes. You will act as the super-user of the firms HR Systems, pulling reports and completing annual updates as required.
Our client are seeking an agile, pro-active individual, with a keen attention to detail, who is excited to take on the broad remit of this role and contribute to the continual development of their Reward programmes moving forwards. In return you will get the opportunity to have oversight of, and manage a full Reward & Benefits function, collaborating on the development of new Reward strategies moving forwards alongside Senior stakeholders within the business.
