Frazer Jones is now partnering with a global Insurance company to source a Reward Analyst on a permanent basis. They have an evolving HR function aimed at transforming the delivery of HR services to their business and they are looking for an exceptional individual to join their Reward Team and contribute to the range of reward projects across the organisation.
As their Reward Analyst, you will support and collaborate with the HR team to ensure excellent service is delivered to the business in all aspects of the employee cycle. You will also act as the first point of contact for Reward and Benefits queries on a day-to-day basis.
Duties will include:
- Supporting annual salary and bonus review project, bonus payments and reward communications
- Act as primary contact for employee benefits including supporting the annual benefit enrolment project
- Support with data production and analysis for other reward activity, such as share awards
- Role benchmarking, using the Willis Towers Watson benchmarking/grading methodology
To be considered, you must possess previous Reward experience within an HR function (including annual compensation reviews using Workday Advance Comp module), strong excel skills (VLOOKUP, Pivot tables) and the ability to work with deadlines. Previous Benefits experience is a plus.
In return, you will receive £40,000- £50,000 per annum plus excellent benefits, Hybrid working with career progression and development.
