A global professional services firm are looking for a Reward Analyst to join them for the rest of 2020 to assist with a range of Reward projects. This will provide a real boost to your Compensation and Benefits career. This is a fixed-term contract until the end of the year.
You will support on a range of Reward initiatives, including implementing new benefits and systems, wellbeing projects and total Reward statements. You will work with a range of internal and external stakeholders and will have good visibility across the business. You will analyse and present data and identify trends, ensuring the business are operating with accurate and clear information.
Your previous experience with Reward will be heavily relied upon, whether this is gained in a Compensation, Benefits or generalist HR role. You will analyse large amounts of data, and will need intermediate to advanced Excel skills and be comfortable with VLookUps and Pivot Tables. As there are many different projects to work on with competing timelines, your previous experience of managing projects will allow you to hit the ground running.
