Are you a Junior Reward Analyst looking for your next role? You will play a key role in the delivery of the annual salary review process and provide Reward advice to the wider business throughout the year. There will be ample opportunity to get involved in other Reward related projects and activity, such as benchmarking.
To succeed in this role you will be someone who has strong analytical expertise and a prior knowledge of Reward, surrounding benchmarking, market surveys and annual salary reviews. The majority of this role will be analytical and data focused but will involve elements of stakeholder management and business partnering too, so great communication skills are key. Being able to utilise Excel to create Pivot Tables and V-LOOK UPS will also be essential for your success in this role.
