This global aerospace engineering firm are building out their compensation and benefits function, and are seeking a Reward Advisor to join them to assist with a wide range of Reward activities. With offices around the UK, this permanent position could be based in Edinburgh, Luton or Basildon.
You will have a lot of flexibility in the role, with many options for flexible working and remote working. The team are agile and highly collaborative, and everyone gets stuck in to help. You will assist with a range of transactional and strategic processes, and will leave a real impact on the business.
Your experience of managing annual pay and bonus reviews will be heavily relied upon, and your experience of allocating budgets will enable you to ensure the business is spending money in the right places. Your broad experience of different kinds of compensation, including incentives, will enable you to hit the ground running - any experience with benefits is a bonus but the business are willing to develop your benefits knowledge. You will liaise with a number of external compensation and benefits providers, and your skills in relationship management and negotiation will allow you to be effective in your role.
