I am delighted to be working with a global law firm who, having recently rolled out the concept of resourcing within two of their practice areas, are now looking to hire a full-time, permanent Resource Manager. Please note: this is not a recruitment role, this is a resourcing/staffing/work allocation role.
This person will have responsibility for all resourcing queries and requests and will be the go-to expert within the firm. They will advise the partner group and continue to roll-out and build on the successful introduction of a work allocation structure. They will be required to provide regular updates to the COO and relevant heads of departments regarding the successes, trends and general insights.
Although based in London, this role will have a global reach as the concept has relevance across a number of jurisdictions. This person will be the firm's expert on resourcing and HR will offer a natural overlap to help recognise career development needs.
We are looking to speak with experienced Resource Managers, who have a strong understanding of work allocation within either the legal industry or wider professional services environments. This person should be able to evidence excellent communication, influencing and relationship-building skills.
