My client is a London based Management Consultancy that focus on organisation and talent development. They are looking to hire a Research and Development Lead to develop new and innovative tools and frameworks for Leadership Development that will underpin the consulting services they provide to clients.
Sitting within a Global team, this practice area creates and delivers to shape the market with thought leadership and leadership strategy, best practice benchmarks and leadership white papers. As such you will use your experience of psychology, research and analytical skill sets to create new frameworks to address client challenges, evolve existing programmes and models, and support Consultants to grow their clients. Projects may include: CEO succession - analysing traits, nuances of leadership, understanding personalities, how effective have we been running these programmes etc; organisational change - how peoples attitude towards change differs. In these instances you will be required to develop and validate diagnostics, and work with external & internal stakeholders.
You will have worked within a management consultancy environment with a degree in Psychology or equivalent skills and knowledge, with a passion and experience for leadership development and organisational change. This will be backed up by experience of evidence based research, strong data analysis, a track record of generating insight that leads to new thinking, and the ability to translate this and work with stakeholders at all levels.
