We are delighted to partner exclusively with a world-renowned biomedical company which is constantly pushing their boundaries in designing and creating innovative medical devices. As their business model continues to be fast paced and aggressive in their growth, their HR organisation is primed for a critical HR transformation. Hence, we are recruiting for a Regional Talent Director to drive key HR strategies across APJC.

Job Description

Reporting to the Regional HR Vice President, the Regional Talent Director will be responsible for the full spectrum of talent, ranging from talent acquisition, talent management and learning & development across APJC. With critical growth in key markets such as ANZ and Greater China, the Talent Director must be the advisor to design, implement and improve their talent acquisition strategies and, talent management and leadership programmes which are unique to differing markets conditions. Working closely with the HR Directors, Regional HRBPs and business leaders, the Regional Talent Director will identify and deliver appropriate and effective solutions to drive and prepare a "talent ready" organisation, which includes but not limited to, talent attraction, talent engagement, talent development, succession planning, strategic workforce planning and performance management. In additional, the Regional Talent Director will play a key role in the enhancement of the company's Leadership programmes/academy.

The Successful Candidate

You should have at least 12 years of track record in talent acquisition and talent management experience, preferably gained from a highly matrix and fast paced environment. You should have a strong exposure in implementing talent development strategies across different geographies and cultures. You are analytical and solutions oriented individual with a strong foundation in customising and catering talent solutions and processes, as well as leadership development knowledge. Coupled with excellent communication and influencing skills, you are a team player, self-starter and culturally sensitive to drive talent programmes across multiple sites.
