About Our Client
Our client is a globally recognised technology software company with a strong YOY growth in Asia Pacific. As part of their HR strategy to support an innovative and high calibre talent organisation, there is a need to set up a centralised L&D function to support their Asia Pacific operations.
Reporting to the Regional HR Director, the Regional L&D Manager will be responsible for all learning and development initiatives and programs in the organisation. Being an advisor to HR and Business leaders, the Regional L&D will conceptualise, develop and implement a wholistic learning ecosystem, including needs assessment, training strategy, curriculum development, identifying effective delivery methods, sourcing external consultants, overseeing learning systems, facilitation of training sessions, and assessment of results. In a highly competitive technology industry, the Regional L&D Manager will play a critical role in support the global talent management processes such as performance management, which will be critical to talent development and retention strategy.
The Successful Candidate
The successful candidate should have at least 8 years of relevant experience, preferably with prior experience in a technology and/or start up environment. You have a proven track record of personally creating new, innovative and instructional L&D programmes, coupled with a strong analytical and problem solving attributes, and confidential training delivery techniques to support a high growth organisation. You have excellent communication and influencing skills to support a diverse leadership and HR stakeholders.
