About Our Client
Our client is a multinational fast-growing corporation, operating worldwide with over 20,000 employees present. They are currently looking to hire a Regional HR Manager, APAC for their regional office here in Singapore.
This role shall assist the Regional HR Director in all strategic and operational HR activities in the Asia-Pacific region. You should be able to work effectively and confidently with all levels of employees including senior and executive level management, union committees, auditors and external service providers. The candidate will be accountable fully for the payroll processing of the Singapore based entities. You will support the drive to standardize HR policies and procedures across the APAC region and ensure alignment to the needs of business needs, region HR strategies and best market practices. You will also be involved in regional projects with the Regional HR Director. At the same time, the candidate must be able to manage the HR database and work with the other managers on the reporting of monthly HR Data analytics.
The Successful Applicant
Ideally, you should possess a minimum of 8-10 years of relevant HR experience in a manufacturing environment and be equipped with a degree in HR or its equivalence. The individual should portray strong business acumen, influencing skills and be a self-driven individual. High level of EQ and ability to work with all levels of employees as well as to operate efficiently on project management is highly required.
