About our Client

With a pulse on their market and a commitment to strive for Employer of Choice in a highly competitive market, we are recruiting for a dynamic and passionate Diversity & Inclusion professional to take their programmes to the next level.
Reporting to the Regional Talent Director, the Diversity & Inclusion Manager will be responsible to drive corporate D&I programmes, including collaboration with Global D&I committee on any global initiatives, partnership with regional HR Directors and Partners to craft and drive be-spoke D&I topics and roadmaps, and build D&I awareness across all levels through various communication channels.
As the Asia Pacific portfolio continues to growth, the Regional Diversity & Inclusion Manager will critically evaluate D&I effectiveness and provide insights/solutions to enable cultural change and transformation through various projects.
The Successful Candidate
To succeed in this role, you should have at least eight years of experience in driving and developing D&I topics and engagements, and a strong foundation in the complexities of D&I topics, preferably within high growth organisations. You have impeccable organisation and project management experience to facilitate a wide-ranging D&I programmes and topics. You are familiar with differing market uniqueness across Asia Pacific.
You are a team player who can work in a flexible and agile environment; you possess strong communication and interpersonal skills to communicate your ideas and programmes in a clear and concise manner across all levels of management. Most importantly, you must display a clear passion and enthusiasm for D&I topics and its importance.
