Regional C&B Officer - Global FMCG

Our client is a Global FMCG with strong presence across the APAC region. Currently they are looking for a Regional C&B Officer to handle payroll administration for the region. It is a fun and dynamic environment with good work-life balance.

Job Description

  • Handle full monthly payroll for Hong Kong and other APAC countries;
  • Ensure payroll processing and payment is performed timely and accurately;
  • Maintain accurate data on HRIS system;
  • Handle monthly tax reports and other tax filing issues;
  • Ensure payroll procedures are complied with countries employment regulations;
  • Support other regional C&B initiatives.

Requirements

  • Bachelor degree in HR Management, Finance or other related discipline;
  • At least 3 years of regional payroll experience within a sizeable organisation;
  • Detail-minded with strong numeric sense;
  • Complete fluency in both English and Chinese is a must.
